Returns / Exchanges:

CAPSULE 121 gladly accepts the return of unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from CAPSULE121.com for an exchange or full refund. 

Customer MUST pay for return shipping

Any items marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective item, which we will either replace or refund at your request.

CAPSULE 121 does not accept items returned from independent retailers. Please contact the original retailer where the purchase was made to complete this type of return.

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

A free UPS return label is provided upon request.

Return / Exchange Procedure:

  • Request your UPS return label by completing the form here

  • Shipping Cost will be deducted from refund.

  • A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date

  • Your return label will be sent to you via email shortly after filling out the form. Make sure you check your spam email box if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

  • Print your label and attach it to the packaging. Please also include your original packing slip in the box.

  • Drop the box off at your nearest UPS location, or dropbox within 5 days.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation via email when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to apply to your bank account. 

Exchange orders are processed within 10 business days of receipt and shipped via UPS ground service. You will receive confirmation via email when your exchange has been processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

CAPSULE 121 gladly accepts the return of gifted merchandise purchased from CAPSULE121.com that is unworn, unwashed, or defective for a website credit sent via email. Please contact us directly when returning a gift.
